Birth & Postpartum Planning
Having a plan is essential in order to have the birth and postpartum experiences that you want.
I am here to help guide you in creating your birth preferences and postpartum care plans! We will chat about the ins and outs of your options, answer any questions and address any concerns you may have, in order to customize a plan that will work best for you!
On-Call Advice & Local Resources
Have an urgent question? As a client, you will have access to me even when I am not in your home! Call or text any time with questions or concerns and I will respond ASAP (guaranteed response within same day).
I will also provide you with recommendations to local, vetted perinatal professionals, if that's something you're interested in, or in need of!
Evidence-Based Information
Having a birth doula is like having a cheat sheet for all things pregnancy, labor & postpartum!
I can answer any questions you have, point you towards evidence based education (classes, books, podcasts, etc.), and help you navigate conversations with your care providers, all with the goal of facilitating your most empowered and informed pregnancy and birth journey!
Labor Support
No matter what type of birth you are planning to have (or end up having), I am equipped to support you physically, mentally, and emotionally!
As part of our birth support package, I will be on-call for you starting at 38 weeks gestation, awaiting your message that baby is coming!
